Beyond the very extreme of fatigue and distress, we may find amounts of ease and power we never dreamed ourselves to own; sources of strength never taxed because we never pushed beyond the obstruction.
I have pics, I just need to post em! I'm down 2% bodyfat (from 15.6 to 13.8). Scale weight hasn't changed much, but my body composition sure has! AND I've gained 2 lbs of lean mass. Woot!

Ok monday morning! I wrote it down.

Thanks for the facebook reminder. Not that big of a change but I lost some weight and an inch or so here and there. Ill have pictures posted soon.
well, I don't think I've made enough progress to show, but since you asked nicely, I'll get some tomorrow.
"When my mind starts telling me to stop I know that my competition just racked the weight and now is the time to create a gap between them and me. This is when you have to dig deep and grind out as many as your body possibly can."-Dusty Hanshaw
The harder I work the luckier I get...
...Just lucky that way, I guess.
Finally remembered to do it!
When this contest started I was starting another job. I was also starting my spring marathon training program. My main goal was to stick to my program, which I have 100%. I'm in my 12th week of 24. I really don't know how I have managed to do it. As far as my physique goes I just wanted to maintain it. I ended up losing 3 lbs, going from 113-110. It actually may be closer to 4 lbs. I haven't weighed myself in a week or two. I'm happy with how I look and I feel excellent. I really need to stop losing because I'm going to be too thin. I eat until I'm full all the time already!
Anyway, here are my "after" pics, not that it's really much different.

Just an idea of where I have come from here is a picture taken from when I was close to my heaviest weight.
Obviously I still have a ways to go but was browsing through some old pictures and saw this one. I believe it was taken about a year or two ago and I had hair!

Thanks bud I was just browsing through some old pics I had and came across that one. Needless to say I was disgusted with what I was and what I am now. I am much better than what I was and just need to push even harder to get to where I want to be.
The only real change I had for this latest contest was a change in about 15lbs. which is good but could be better.
