I'm in for this one! I just started with a new coach and I am looking to lose about 10lbs before January first when I start....
drumroll please...
cutting for Max Muscle Naturals 2010!!
My goals for the next three months are that I'm trying to get healthier mentally and emotionally about food and my nutrition. My ways of thinking about food need to change. I've gotten into some pretty not so healthy habits regarding food and I finally decided that I needed help because I was spiraling out of control.
So not only is the weight loss a goal for me, I want to get to the point where my happiness and sense of self worth isn't ruled by the number on the scale or the weight on my body. I sure don't talk about it much, but I'm sure you all know by my constant posts about being terrified of gaining fat and eating obscenely low calories that I have some body image and disordered eating issues that training for figures has helped and hurt in many ways. I enjoy competing but I need to figure out a healthy mental and psychological balance regarding food, training and body image. My new coach will be helping me with those issues as well as getting me on a healthy nutrition plan that doesn't focus on calories and depleting and cheat meals, etc. The first week has been successful and I hope to be more successful as I progress.
I'll get progress pics up soon! Best of luck to everyone!
