Dragon Wars, aka D-War. Seriously, it is the worst movie ever made. Worse than Alone in the Dark. Worse than Bloodrayne or its sequel. Worse than Python or any other Casper Van Dien flick. You seriously didn't think it was as bad? The only thing that is better are the SFX, which were at best like a decent made-for-tv movie. It was so awful I couldn't stop watching it. The plot holes were ginormous. The acting, terrible. The Bill Murray look-alike bad guy, fantastic. The helicoptor pilots throwing their hands up each time a dinosaur/dragon-thingy came at them had me cackling. The zookeeper, well, that was..that was...I don't even know what to say. The FBI knowing all about Korean legends and walking out of their HQ racking shotguns and pulling machine guns out of their coats, that made me happy.

Its tied IMO. Shark Attack had obviously foam sharks attacking surfers, sharks that growl under water and above and three words:

what about one of the "attack"scenes when the surfers are being "eaten" by these large foam rubber sharks?

It still doesn't beat the logic of dragon/dinosaurs in 16th century Korea with targeted cannons attached to their backs.
