    Default Crispy Cheerio Chicken

    And as the experts say, it helps lower cholesterol..lol

    Ingredients:

    Grind up some cherios in a coffee grinder
    low fat parmesan regiam cheese
    chicken seosoning
    garlic seosoning

    mix this together in a flat bowl/plate

    Dip chicken breast in low fat milk, then dip in mix

    Heat oven to 350 and bake until it looks crispy

    Enjoy! I sure did

    Looks good but I'd prefer to use ground oats and oat bran than have the sugar from the cereal.

    I'm just saying I would use the whole ingredients over the processed. And just and FYI, 99% of cereal has some kind of sugar in it.
