    Default rear delts

    what do you guys think the best training routine is for hitting rear delts.my front and side delts are nice but my rear delts are kind of lagging behind.not by much i just want to bring them up to par.what do you guys suggest

    Bent over laterals are nice. You also hit your rear delts on most rowing movements for your back as well.

    i do bent over lateral all the time!thats my main exersise for rear delts.got anything else?

    rear delt machine, but instead of sitting down with your feet forward, stand and lean into the chest pad with your feet behind you. This will take any cheating out of the excersize and put complete tension of your rear delts.

    I never actually do direct rear delt work.. Mine get hit hard on rows and pull ups

    I use the rear delt machine and focus on keeping my elbows up and in line with my shoulders with a slight bend and a light grip and focus on squeezing the delts to bring my arms back with the weight.

    Same here...GP does a lot fo focus on mind muscle connection and I think there is some serious value to that.. focus on form at the end of row motions and pulls not on bragging rights on how much you can pull and i bet you see some growth.
