Product: Body Rush by Force Factor -Kiwi Strawberry-

I got a couple free sample of Force Factor's Body Rush, a preworkout drink. It advertises that it doesn't use creatine, but rather uses N.O. BCAA's Carnitine, and Taurine to provide energy for a workout. Well I sipped on two of my samples during my work shift, and used the third for today's workout. First thing I noticed was that unlike so many pre-workouts, this one actually tasted GOOD. I was content to sip it, and wouldn't be opposed to doing so regularly. The only problem was a slight BCAA aftertaste, but it wasn't noticeable unless I was looking for it. During my shift, I was pacing around, and had to stop myself from dropping to the floor and doing pushups. This morning, I was seriously dragging ass, but energy at the gym was NOT a problem. Likewise, I actually had a nice pump going at work just from doing normal work things (sweeping, picking up and moving stuff... etc.), and got a great pump from my workout today. Mixibility was only okay. The BCAA's kept settling out, and there was the typical BCAA foam (but that went away). The only real downside is that 1 serving is about 25g. Kinda big
