Hi everyone! Thanks for the kind words! Sorry I'm just seeing this post now! :)

I couldn't be happier with my placement! I worked with a new coach this year, Nancy Georges and I wasn't starved out like in previous years. I feel like my shape was all around better and my body fat was lower without sacrificing muscle and looking too skinny. I'm super happy with how my butt looked...that's my trouble spot! Here are some pics! Thanks for all the support and for everyone who checked up on me on Facebook!

Well Nicole whatever you did worked, it seems this diet gave your muscles a fuller look with a better "pop" in the muscles and not that over dieted tired look. Good job!!

Thank you both so much! I'm not sure when my next show is, but I am so happy with my placement in 2010! Next time I'm definitely shooting for top 3.
