is how badly i want this...
this is how my diet is laid out and have been following it for two weeks..
meal 1) 5 egg whites or 2 scoops protien with 1/2 cup oatmeal
meal 2) 6oz tilapia or chicken with plain 1/2 cup brown rice
meal 3) same
meal 4) PWO shake with protien and oatmeal
meal5) same as 2
meal 6) meat and veggies...
so far so good..i'll update weekly with weightloss and see how it goes. I'm implementing steady state cardio for 30-45 mins on an empty stomach every morning to keep it going.

6oz and 5eggs you are only getting 35 grams of protein, go 6 eggs, and bump it up to 8oz. If you want to lose the fat faster sub one of the carb meals with a tblspn peanut butter or 21 almonds.

I love ice-cream but it messes with my stomach since I have it very rarely. So that's enough to make me stay away from it. :) Good luck with the shredding bro!

so far so good!
yeah scott I upped the eggs..I looked at it an my man-ness said that's not even for even a child..so i added more! 6-7 routinely now.
killing the weight loss thus far and feeling strong as piss!!!
257 this am! so that's almost 20lbs in almost a month..i'll make 242's no problem and then try for 220's. I'll keep dropping as long as my body has it to lose and it doesn't effect my strength. The plan is to have a 1600 or better total in the low 200's raw which should place me in the top at nationals in october..but in that time I could potentially get stronger.. which would give me closer to a 1700lb raw total and as far as I know that's only been achievable by the 275's GEARED and a select few 242's in gear...
doing that raw would get me noticed..

didn't have **** for meals today due to unforseen circumstances..so i ended up eating 3.. yes ONLY 3 taco bell fresco tacos...
just chicken, pico, and a tortilla!
I need to be 252ish by the end of this week to be happy. Steady state cardio is going to pick up until it does and my body's homeostatic balance catches up. I tend to believe that's one of the things that causes plateaus for so many people that drop weight too fast.

still in the 250's but i'm not worried. I need to break into the 240's come the end of next week and just buckle down on the diet even tighter. The cardio has been left out still as much as I've been saying I'll put it in because I'm still so fatigued that I don't want it to take away from my workouts anymore than it already is.

upper body is starting to really look good..legs will always be big..but i like that.
I haven't had a crazy day in along time too! I pull today..then hit the cardio afterwards to keep driving the change until I can scrub laundry on my stomach. I can see the outline of abs even with this much BF so I'm curious to see how thick they actually are after all these years of squatting and pulling.

just to feel alive.. I will either walk out..or be crushed during my efforts. And it's not my time to die...so the onslaught continues..starting today.

t finallyhappened...i've been having to force myself to eat...and I just had half a naked baked potato and it came right back up. None of the chicken..just the potato but DAMN each meal is taking me 30-45 minutes to eat and it's only teh size of a cereal bowl! I'm going to have to switch to more shakes..period....not because I can't handle the food load..it's because I can't MAKE myself eat! It's scaring the hell outta me becasue I don't want to burn up all my lean body mass along with the fat. I wasn't even feeling anything and then all of a sudden..no more potato.
Missing my nitrean..i'm going to have to order some more tonight. That stuff never gets old and I can handle it all day everyday. The chocolate will definately give me a solid break from everything else too..

STill haven't picked up protien powder which is killing me...because I'm too busy putting my money in places better used. Oatmeal and powder are the number one thing on my list right now and to find out other quality sources of food that don't induce a gag reflex. I'm still feeling kinda underhanded and small even though I'm 245. I'll be continuing my HIIT cardio tonight and try to get 242's before next week and rotate it in. I'm playing this very light now instead of trying to just blast through it. I've worked hard to be a big dude for many years...so losing it and risking all that hard one muscle scares the living **** out of me.

242 even and looking VERY good..10-15 more will make me look RIDICULOUS. I still feel scrawny but I'm looking good. Sticking HARD to the diet protocols this week has paid off more than expected and should be 240 or under come sunday after a couple more workouts, couple interval runs, etc.
Back is feeling really good too and I'm pushing hard to keep the core and posterior chain healthy and growing STRONGER to not only heal up but upt me far and above past where I was before this all happened.

239.2 this am...
back is feeling good..had a solid squat at 455 today..things seem to be picking up! I'll know tonight while i'm sleeping wether or not I made a mistake. No cramps in bed means good work! This accident and injury has been the most productive thing that's ever happened to me. I'm so insanely critical about form and technique along with finally training my core HARD where I never did it at all and it seems to be paying off! Been pulling 405 for high reps out of the rack to iwthout any issues.. 9 more lbs to go til 50 and my long term goal then ti's all micro managing til I am happy with my bf

bodyfat has dropped a full point...
hit a career high of 405 on the bench at the lightest bodyweight I've yet to do it at...238. VERY happy with this and KNEW it was going to be a badass day. When dieting, meal timing is everything to ensure a good workout.
Did 5 sets of 5 with 60lbs around my waist on pullups and finished with light pressdowns. Back is doing VERY well. TWO weeks no pain and very little tightness. Been pulling 405 for high reps out of the rack and squatted 455 easily last week without incident. Needless to say I'm going to keep babying my back for another month or so before pulling 500+ There's still time to save nationals. IF I can get a paused comp bench of 405, pull low 600's and squat low 500's I'll have it made. A 1500+ raw total at 225ish would be sick..and waterloading down to 198-200 would make it even more so. My hopes for going to OKC in october are coming back. I lucked out getting hurt when I did..it's made me a more effective and SMARTER lifter and at the same time could come back to a decent total before taking the stage.

carb cycling hard...been a few days on it now and only plan on going this long on low carb high fat to get intial weightloss started. Then it will be 3-4 on and 1 load day. I'm shocked...and I'm losing 1lb or more a day since I've started..and today I woke up 1.6lbs down from yesterday. Putting me at 233.4 before breakfast and only 8lbs away from my goal of 225. I AM however constantly checking bodyfat to get an idea as to how long it's taking to get the glycostores out of my muscles and liver. Yesterday was the first day out of all the weightloss that it actually dropped down. So it's finally eating fats up like it should. My caloric adjustments are based upon my current lean body mass.

228 this am!
deadlift is climbing back up fast! Squats aren't giving me any problems and i'm benching 350 for 10-15 reps three times a week now to prep for nationals! THings are looking VERY good! Doing more cardio again to help get these last few lbs off for my finaly goal of 220 and 60lbs off since january! HOWEVER if i can still drop...198's here I come! Abs are starting to show and cuts are coming along to the point I've never seen my body look like this. Carb cycling is doing its job for sure! HAving to really micro-manage calories to keep dropping but once I'm there at 220 and keep it there things should level off and not be so irradic.

I know who hard is to leave those eatables you like most and crazy about.
Ice cream one of those things which everyone of every age loves to have.
I said NO to ice cream before joining gym. Besides ice cream I left pasta and french fries also.
