sup so this is my log I'm fixing to hit the weights for the first time in about 9 months. Haven't been lazy in those 9 months just working away dropped bout 65-70lb. down to 190 n what i', lookin to do is basically lose the rest of my gut and pack on a little size.
for now i don't have a specific workout i'm following just gonna take a week or 2 to listen to my body see what i can handle and all and work something out from there.

wow i feel like a *****!!! but ohwell we all gotta pick the ball back up somewhere.
Gotta break my old mentality to I'm tyring to crank out 8-10reps right now till i get back into the swing of things but my mentality was still sayin 4-6 haha not to mention. Ohwell i got a idea of what i'll be doing right now.
Stretched-
15min elliptical
Dips- 2x5
1x6
Assistened pullups
1x6 - 12lb resis
1x5 16lb resist
1x4 16lb resist
now when i mean the resistance i dont mean added weight its kind of 16lb pushing upward with me.
Bench- hahaha never been that good at bench but man..
110x6
110x8 forced a 9th one with a spotter
lucky for me i ran into a old school pal and got him to spot me on the bench
SLDL
135x5
135x7
leg press-
180x12
180x12 (feet together)
like i said ima play with the numbers so im cranking out 8-10 reps instead of 4-6 on all exercises but i'm glad i actualy got up at 5 this morning and started kickin it.
post workout shake was
42g protein,3g carb, 2gfat
post workout meal (munchin as i type)
6oz chicken
2 red potatoes
42g pro, 54g carb
edit* n man i guess the Y's been down in people or some s**t cus they f*****g stuck a mini tv on every cardio machine and 2 in the free weight area >.< rather annoying if ya ask me.

how long between the end of your workout, PW/O shake, and PW meal?
Why so much protein and so little carbs in the PW/O shake?

so instead of starting another thought i'd do a little resurrection :D. I'll be the first to admit kind of fell off the band wagon when it came to working out for a while. Dropped a lot of my fat down to about 165 not sure about body fat but my guts smaller then its been since middle school haha. Bought a 44lb kettlebell a while back time to put it to good use. Been reading up on training with 1, getting my diet down once again and friday I shall try to once again post regularly on accomplishments as well as downfalls.
