anyone here use them? I have them laying around for my busy hands.. but I've trained with them on and off for awhile. Who here likes them? I think they're kinda neat..

I think I need a coc#4 now that I can close, OUT OF NOWHERE MIND YOU, coc#3 6 times

I use larger diameter grip on my dbs, which makes them 2" instead of just 1".
When grabbing a larger diameter bar it improves grip strength.
Also I got big hands, so grabbing a 1" handle on a db seems kind of puny.

And yes Ladies, big hands, wide feet, means I have trouble shopping for gloves and shoes;)

They have a # 3.5 as well as a #4 @365lbs compared to #3 @ 280lbs.

I've got a 2" and a 3" dumbbell handle on the way. I can't wait to use them...
