Hey everyone, a friend of mine is starting an at-home routine, and was wondering about DB sets (whats good and what is a good price).
I suggested something that uses either plates & collars, or an adjustable set (like the bowflex DB's)

I bought freeweight db's. they were about a dollar a pound.

I found them at .50 cents a lb. at the local sports and outdoors store.

a friend of mine just got the adjustable ones from bowflex and he LOVES them.

well, my friend doesn't need them anywhere near that heavy ;)
