I read this article in the Bulletin today (Bend's newspaper). It's a quick rundown on what to look for and what not to look for when dining out.
Mexico - So consistently high in fat and calories, it's hard to find a healthy option on U.S. menus.

Worst Choice - Chimichanga
Italy - Pasta dishes with vegetables cut fat content, but portion sizes are often too large.
