Alright, so from here on out, I'm gonna make an attempt to record what I've consumed.

Today, all together:

2 strips of bacon
6 boneless/skinless chicken breast strips
2 slices of low fat turkey breast
1 can of green beans
Half can of mixed fruits

Also spent two, 2 hour interval cardio sessions in the gym.

burnt 600 cals the first time, plus 10 minutes of bag work, 200 the 2nd plus 20 minutes of bag work.

Any comments?

Did I read this right? 2 2-hr cardio interval sessions? 4 hrs of cardio?
What are you training for? How do you know how many calories you burned? What kind of input are you looking for?

Not sure on the bacon. Snacked two pieces off of a friends plate.
3 strips for lunch, 3 for dinner with the green beans and fruit
turkey sometime between workout sessions.

I'm trying to cut hard. If I don't bust my ass like this, I feel lazy, and unmotivated, and quit everytime.
I calculate my calorie burning by the machines.

Oh! And a protein shake post-first workout

I think you are confused with the cutting... you need to eat more than that if you want to cut... you have to eat the right foods... I know i'm not a trainer or a nutritionist but i do know that is not a healthy way to cut... I think you consult with Seth or Sarah about this

Oh, so 2 hrs of cardio. If you want to cut you really don't need to do more then 45 mins. You want to train smarter and not harder.
I struggle with this all the time. I too feel lazy and motivated if I'm not busting mya ss, hence why I do so much anaerobic training and why I'm a triathlete :D

I wouldn't rely on those machines giving you accurate read outs. I usually burn 100-200 less per hour then what the readout suggests. This is based off of my HR monitor (POLAR) which uses my weight, height, age, HR and gender to get a calculation.

I would eat more often, and get some whole grains in there. Oatmeal is awesome. So is whole grain breads, just make sure to get the kind without High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Do you take multi-vitamins?

Good luck, buddy. I'm still new to the diet thing, so I'll be watching with interest.
