just because you can do bent over barbell rows with 405 easily doesn't mean you should get the "gym bag" a dragging the ground and try to do 495..

sounds like someone tweaked their back.....

yeah.. somedays I think I need a wheelbarrow for the boys too.. then you end up not being able to walk for a day or two

looked about as sick as your curls picking up that kinda weight when people think you're going to do shrugs or deads with it! HA!

haaa. yeah I like the audience when I shrug or curl anymore.

the first day I did the 185 a friend of mine joking said, what are you doing curls? and i looked at him and said.. yeah actually.. did my set, and he was like, you know I was joking right?

yeah that's pretty nasty..i can't wait to get up in the hundred lb dumbells...

i do'nt look as good as you when you do them haha...i'm starting to get "the ab" to help my benchpress out! HA
